We've ordered anywhere between 5 boxed lunches and catering for 150 people. They're always friendly, helpful and on time. If there ever was a mistake, they were so quick to make everything right by delivering what we needed. Concerning the taste, there's options to accommodate most tastes... ordering for 100+ people, there's always different needs. There are salads/vegetarian options, etc. If you go into the store, they're very friendly (but not annoyingly friendly... sometimes you just want your sandwich and leave- ya know?). You can also order ahead and pick up at the shelves and not talk to anyone. I would highly recommend this place.

Great Sandwiches! My favorite is the Wreck add bacon with all the classic toppings. This location is amazing with great service and just really nice and accommodating staff. We go in on a regular basis. My favorite soup is the Broccoli cheddar but also love the mac and cheese. The Banana Pudding shake is literally the best. Thank you!

Every time we are in St Charles Missouri, my wife and I have to stop in at the Potbelly Sandwich shop. Every Sandwich I've ever had there has been spot on delicious. The soups are pretty amazing too. But don't forget to grab a cookie before you cash out. They are amazing. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
We love this Potbelly Sandwich Shop in St. Charles MO. We stop in there every time we are in town. The sandwiches are always great no matter which one we get. The soup is amazing.
